Hey guys I recently built the motor in my z and when it was put on the dyno the trans started slipping. I don't have the extra funds for the stage 3 trans from gtm but I noticed they have clutch power packs for sale separately. Does anyone have any experience installing these or doing any auto trans upgrades that they could share. I really want my car back so simplicity is the key here till I gather more funds.

 

When you rebuild the 5AT, 90% of the cost is going to be labor so you do everything at once - full performance rebuild kit (such as that offered by SFR, GTM, IPT, etc). If you have a local expert - maybe you can source the performance parts from the manufacturer (Alto and I think there is one other...).
