Does my car have a chip/reflash??
No damage is likely by running as is. A tune would likely just free up a few more ponies and smooth things out a bit (on a DE engine.) I've heard some pretty good success stories about that recently. If you have an HR engine, it sounds like there is more debate, so I don't really know.
My other questions would be:
With a JWT Popcharger, headers, and cat back exhausts....SHOULD I have some tuning done to it? I'm happy with current performance, but am I doing any damage by increasing airflow, and not retuning? or is the stock ecu smart enough to compensate?

You need a tune though, if you really want to unlock the full potential of your list of mods. Otherwise, you're just gaining "youthful enthusiasm" from them and alot of noise...
So how do I go about getting "said tune"
Is the stock ecu tunable, or do I go the Hypertech/bullydog route?
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any reputable dyno-tune places around me.
