Ok before yall bust out the flamer thrower, hear me out.
I used to be a DSM guy, i had a 96 gst wrong wheel drive ( t-61, built motor and trans, the works) it would run circles around my 04 Base. Well anyway Im tired of the one wheel wonder with my Z and was thinking back to my dsm. So my question has anyone tried this? It worked great in my dsm( was installed when trans was built by TRE) hooked alot better and reduced torque steer greatly. I will say i never ran the car on slicks and I do not plan to with the Z it is a weekend strip car and DD. So what information do yall got?

Phantom grip?

 

I was mainly wondering if anyones has ever tried it or used it on a Z? Yes the one i used it was like a phantom grip but it was made by the same person who builds race trans for the DSM's.

 

I don't think any company makes this type of part for the Z33.......

They do make them for the Z. Even thou it says 2002 and newer, the 350z started in 2003 i thought.

 

You can just spend 800-900 and get a Nismo LSD....
