Looking for Mount kit for RB26DETT--->my 350z???!!
After doing little research, I have only come across few, small privately owned shops that are fabbing up motor/tranny mounts for a RB26 swap into a 350z chassis. Lots of threads only talk about ballpark pricing for this swap and I would like to talk to anyone who can give me any solid information.
So that being said, does anyone know about a company making good quality, machined motor and tranny mounts with polyurethane bushings? Custom driveshafts?

Ive looked at CMS performance's website, and it seems out of date. There are no customer reviews and after doing little research on the company I found out that their shop was burned down for some odd reason...Not a very reputable source imo

I talked to them today. Very nice to talk to you and will tell you everything about the swap. I keep going back and forth from this to a ls motor. Since I already have the ls motor I will most likely stick with it. Leo said they were in the middle of doing another car right now.

So after doing some hunting, I have found that JE imports does make the kit on order. Also, Mkinney is in the production stages of this mount kit and they are looking to have it available for Feb. 2012. Thanks for all the help guys

Oh, well thats good to know!
I will most definately keep you posted
Parts list so far:
350z shell
RB26 n1 Motorset
HKS full t04z kit
HKS FMIC/BOV
Sard 1000cc injectors/fuel rail/ FPR
Tomei cams/ cam gears
Koyo rad
Project Mu BBK
more stuff..... ill start a build thread once i get the mount kit
some things to keep in mind when doing this swap are intake manifold fitment(some say space is an issue, I have seen both stock and aftermarket setups being run though), oil pan machine work to delete AWD/ and fitment of subframe, all custom piping for intercooler/ exhaust, shifter fitment in comparison to VQ tranny, mount kit of course including new front crossmember/mounts/tranny mount/driveshaft
wiring of course is a ***** best bet is to go painless.
There is no return line on the 350z fuel tank so changes have to be made in order to make the fuel system work with the rb26 setup
so far I figure these are most of the major steps needed to be taken care of to make it happen

^go fuel cell or add a return fitting to your stock pump basket.
also i got a guy that will do your wiring. hes doing mine ad vas33's ls retrofit harness and theyre fully tucked (he had an rb25 in his 240, now vq35 so hes very familiar with the rb family)

does the rb26 need to have a return in the fuel line? the sard fuel rail i aquired has a plug fitting that it came with, and the fuel rail is vehicle specific, so it kind of makes me wonder.. I think i would rather just put a return fitting in the basket like bbs350z says.
Im located in Canada and i have a friend that does wiring, i think im going with the full painless kit
