After taking my car in to check why its grinding from 6th to 5th, the warranty company if offering to replace the tranny with a 50k used one. They want to go the most cost efficient way . The tranny will have a 12k/12mo warranty and cost the company 1300. I found a new tranny for 1800 which im sure is the 009 version. Should i pay out of pocket difference for the new tranny or just take the used one for free? Its a 2006 Base 350z.
