Default Throw out bearing question

Sorry if it this has been answered before, but

I am trying to buy the OEM replacement clutch by Exedy, but my car also makes that annoying noise due to the throw out bearing (according to my research)

I was wondering if these kits include the throw out bearing that will get rid of the noise as well

Product description: Production: -10/31/2006, Our clutch kit includes the pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing, pilot bearing, AND alignment tool. The OE Service kit includes ONLY the pressure plate and clutch disc (the release bearing and pilot bushing are not included and must be ordered separately).

thanks a bunch everyone!

can you post a vid of the throwout bearing noise?

i just replaced my throwout bearing since i was told by two shops thats what needed to be replaced since the clutch and flywheel are only a year old and do not slip at all.so i replaced the bearing since i got two opinions on what the noise was. well the noise is still there so im quite upset spending $450. $98 for the part and $355 for the labor

oh man that sucks. i know the noise is frkn annoying but you should have waited to swap the clutch or something to actually drop the tranny and find the problem.

i think there are few videos out there that makes the similar noise as mine. it kinda sounds like metals clanking on each other very lightly but at a fast pace. usually, well for me, its very noisy in low gears at low rpms and also little bit of noise at idle. the sound goes away when you press the clutch. and its ridiculously loud when you turn off the engine but no sound when you turn off the engine with the clutch pressed.

You're getting takin for a ride. I would demand my money back. It's usually the pilot bearing that causes that noise plus any legit shop will tell you it’s one of those parts that you replace every time you drop the tranny because it’s a $10 part and an extra 10 minutes of labor. So the shop you went to is either completely incompetent or knew this was going to happen and is trying to rape you on labor charges.

I have the same thing happening to my Z, I was told it was the throw out bearing as well. Sounds just as you said, metal grinding while on the throttle at low RPMs, then it goes away.

Its a horrible racket if you ask me. And is this an actual problem or just a "nature of the beast" kind of thing?
