Default rev-up head and non rev up heads?

What is the difference? not worried about power. Rev-up don't have cam sensors in the rear of the head and non rev up do?

Both rev up and non rev up have sensors in the back.
Rev up has 4 sensors in the back and non rev up has 2.
Rev up has Intake and exhaust cam phasing.
Non rev up has only Intake cam phasing.
Rev up has more aggressive cams than Non rev up :
NON rev up : exhaust 240* intake 238*
REV UP: exhaust 248* intake 248*
HR : Exhaust 248* intake 248*

ok Because i have a set of that i have an don't know what it is from.

It has one hole on each head at the back and when i try to put the sensor in it hits the sensor with the cam. maybe i have the pair of cams in the wrong head.
