Well just got autotap for christmas as was gonna do some logging but ran into some trouble. First is couldnt get the computer ro recognize the com port which is no big deal I can figure that out but when I went to disconnect it wouldnt come off.It only goes on one way so it should slide right of, anyone have a clue?

 

duh, nevermind. Everything is ok.

 

Ours comes right off. Maybe there was a pin bent and now it is stuck. That would explain both problems.

Wait . . . which part wont come off the serial or the odb-ii port?
