Default new clutch install

So this starts out nice and fresh...motor out waiting for couple of upgrades including new clutch and flywheel. Taking out the clutch went flawless, its when i start taking out the flywheel when the problems start. I get every bolt out except one, the last bolt snapps. No problem right? The fly wheel still came off, so i try to clamp down on the bolt that is broken and twist it out....it snaps in half flush... no problem i will just drill it out..wrong! the bit just snaps in half lodging itself inside the hole. Its near impossible to drill out the drill bit stuck inside the hole. How bad is it if i cant get that bolt out? i Know its "bad" but how bad is it with 7 bolts instead of 8? im boosted with 420 to the wheels currently. Im not giving up on getting this last bolt out, but what if i cant get it out? Taking apart the engine to swap the cranks is almost not an option. This is such a pain, anyhelp is appreciated.

Ehhhh, because of the high speeds at witch it turns at I would think it would be a balance issue.

When I was still NA I had the JWT lightweight fly. A buddy of mine installed it for me but snapped one of the bolts but I did not have any issues with it. I know it's not scientific or technical. It's crazy that the flywheel bolts are weak enough to snap off.
