Can anybody post a sound bite of the Nismo exhaust with Random Tech. CATS ??? - - I currently have the Nismo exhaust and love the sound - I've been told the RT CATS will really wake up the Z but I don't want my exhaust sound to be much louder.

IMO, it's pretty loud if you lean into it (~100 dB), but mellow to tolerable if you work the throtle gently. If you decide to get it, give the guys at Performance Nissan (Jeff or Jason or Jenny) a call. Can't go wrong with the service or price. Good luck.

 

Just thought I'd tell you that I've been looking at exhaust systems for months and was leaning towards the RS-R but after I heard your Nismo with RT cats my jaw dropped. This is definitely the setup for me, it sounds awesome! You made a great choice.

 

i've never been happier than when im laying into the throttle with the nismo exhaust. Im definetly putting on some Kinetix high flow cats and it will open them up just alittle more.
