Default Problems after clutch and flywheel install

I recently installed a competition clutch and lightweight flyweel but as well as changed my oil and cleaned my air filter with k&n air filter cleaner.

I test drove it last night and everything seemed fine but this morning on the way to formula drift my tach started bouncing up and down as I accelerated and it started idling rough. It idles rough and sounds horrible. Any idea what it could be? I cleaned the maf and I'm looking to see if I pinched any vaccume lines. Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Crank position sensor. Uses the flywheel. You may have damaged that sensor.

I removed it during my swap and kept it in a safe place. Then I put it back in after everything was bolted up. Is there any way to put it in wrong?
