looking at the level 1 power pack (plenum spacer, intake, test pipes ect) First of all, does Z1 make reliable products? I am not lazy, Iv tried searching this stuff but it all come back to how Z1 has had horrible customer service. I just want to know if their products are legit and if anyone has this "level 1 Power Pack" how is it treating you? I have a 06 Touring 55k completely stock and $150. to spend. Is this worth saving up for or should I just get Berk test pipes like other people recommend in my previous thread?

I purchased their 1/2 inch plenum spacer about 3 months ago and I have not had a problem.

 

I think you are referring to Z1 Performance in NY who, unless things have changed, is no longer a vendor on here and customer complaints have been stacking up. Z1 Motorsports in GA offers the Power Pack and personally I've always had great transactions with them.

 

That is where I got my spacer. Not the NY one

OP, about what you had asked.. the products are legit, and they will do very little for your car's performance until you get a tune or a flash done.

Z1 Motorsports is great! Emailed me my invoice and everything arrived a bit earlier than expected. Highly recommended.

Best customer service I've ever had. They actually called to let me know Fedex attempted delivery, but nobody was there to sign. Just wanted me to know, so it didn't get sent back!

so as I mentioned before in another thread I had a problem with Z1 motorsports and their test pipes. the problem was the test pipe to Y pipe bolts were to large. I contacted Z1 today and within a half hour the problem was solved. I have done business with them twice (hatch struts and test pipes) and have just ordered a JWT Pop Charger and Plenum Spacer to complete my third transaction. Nothing but good things to say about the company and the products they produce. If you have any problems they are more then willing to address and take care of them.
