Default Proper A/F ratio??

What should a properly tuned A/F look like for a modded N/A Z? I'm talking from like 1k-redline @ WOT. It seems that everyone is only concerned about what the A/F looks like after ~4k. If I had my A/F tuned to 12.5 from 1k-redline would this be good or bad? I've been told that it should be 14-13.5 in the lower rpms @ WOT and ~12.5 after 4k. Is this correct? Should it be a little learner in the lower rpms @ WOT?

The main concern is at higher RPM's (above 4K). After I installed the RT cats (w/ TS ECU) I was running 13.6 at about 5000 and had some minor, but audible, pinging. I had TS reflash and I'm now about 12.6 at 5000 and pinging is gone.

I hve the very same concern. My car is not running nearly as we;ll as it should be. I raised this very same concern (for the lower rpm A/F's) to improve my lower end. Doug of Crawford Z Servce told methat you DO want the lower end rpms be closer to the stocihiometric ratio - in the 13's. and it should taper off to about 12.8.

I would really love to see a discussion about this.
