I guess this would go out to those that have tried it first.

Would z32 sparkplugs fit in the cylinder head of a z33? specifically the non HR motor?

I was wondering as i have several sets from my old TT Z32 laying around with very low miles on it so wanted to know if the Lenght of plug was safe to run as well as the thread pitch the same? ect..ect..

I have two sets of plugs i want to try:
NGK PFR6B-11

ZFR-6F-11

they appear to be different but don't take my word for it.

 

i will be installing a vortech some time within the next few months so the build will not remain NA for long

just spend the money and buy the right ones

 

True but I thought Id ask someone that has actually tried it that was previously a
Z32 owner.
Why waste 65.00 when you have 3 good sets of plugs that would work laying around at the shop collecting dust on the shelf ..well that is unless your pockets are overflowing with cash.

 

Guys never mind this test. I went out and got the LFR6a-11's and putting them side by side with my old z32TT plugs was night and day difference on the reach into the cylinder head . The plugs for the z33 reach much farther in . So end of story.

The reach is Key.
