Anyone know if this has any hp gains, or any negatives to using the oem filter?

 

I dunno $80 for an air filter??? it better get you some gains..

 

I would spend $100 and get the popcharger for proven gains....better than any CAI out there so far.

 

Isnt there a wire mesh on the front of the popcharger rather than a filter? If so wouldnt that be bad for the engine because of all the dust/dirt getting into the intake rather than being stopped by an oem type filter?
