Polished Wiper fluid tank?
Ok, been doing some engine dress up during the winter here since it's all I have space for. Was trying to find an aftermarket wiper fluid tank polished or powder coated, something that looks better then the plain old plastic one but was not able to find anything for the Z. What I did find was a this tank for coolant and wiper fluid made for the wrx (see link at bottom) and was wondering if anyone has tried making this work? Look close, may need to change mounting bracket to different spot. I'll be buying to try for myself I just figured I would ask if anyone has tried, or knows of an aftermarket polished one I may have missed while searching.

Interesting...
Of course, one thing that comes to mind is actually seeing the level of the
fluid in the tank.A metal tank would not allow this. However, this is no biggie.
Don't know if a polished tank or,having one fabricated(the WRX unit looks
like something ina operating room that would purify blood transfusions lol)
is a bit overkill or,would be a major focal point.I've have thought about the
looks of the tank myself when I was doing my now finished engine compartment.
Depending on what the scheme you are doing, painting the tank may work.
I may look into that myself.I've used black wrinkle paint in other areas of the
engine compartment. It may work on the tank.Or,an aluminum paint is another
option as there a few on the market that resemble polished metal.
Post a pic if you go ahead with doing the tank.

You should get that all in one SFR tank. God it's amazing.

Thanks for the replies, ya the wrx one looks pretty good haha, I'm thinking it would probably fit but may need to change the mounting bracket positions. Like I said chances are I'll end up buying one just to try.
That all in one could be sweet to if its wiper fluid as well but says just coolant and power steering, bit pricey but good idea. Can't see picture to well as I'm at work on phone but from what I can tell it sits right in front of the engine? Would that get in the way of a turbo? I do plan on getting one in the future once I learn to handle it with just bolt on mods. If it won't get in the way I might actually look into that assuming it's all 3.

Ya did some more reading after, still doesn't solve my main issue as it doesn't have a washer fluid compartment just coolant, power steering and oil catch can if you want it added. Think for now I'll order the wrx on and see what can be done with that.
