My LS3 Drift Build! Say wahh?
Hey y'all.
I wanted to take this opportunity to keep everyone informed and up to date with my current drift build. After much thought, I finally decided to go with an LS3 swap. Since everything is finally in my possession, everything should move rather quickly from this point (*crossing fingers*). I will be posting all of the progress on the car, any fabrication work, etc. Gilbert from Amerikajin Custom Fabrication has enthusiastically agreed to help me with the build. Feel free to ask any questions
As of right now, this is everything I'm putting into the car engine wise:
LS3 E-Rod - http://www.jegs.com/i/Chevrolet+Perf...56487/10002/-1
Chevrolet Performance Accessory Drive - http://www.jegs.com/i/Chevrolet+Perf...55066/10002/-1
Quick Time Bellhousing - http://www.jegs.com/i/Quick+Time+Bel...-8020/10002/-1
LS Hot Cam - http://store.chevroletperformance.co...-88958733--%3E
ECU Flash from D3 Cadillac -
SPEC Stage 5 Clutch - http://www.fuelculture.com/spec/stag...utch-kit-sc665
Tremec T56 Magnum - http://www.tremec.com/performance/t56m.html
Aeromotive Fuel Rails - http://www.fuelculture.com/aeromotiv...el-rails-14114

Sikky Oil Pan - http://www.fuelculture.com/sikky-man...ssembly-op001a
Horsepower - 421 Torque - 398
I will post better pictures once I get a chance to stop by the shop, but for now these should do:
Engine was previously in an s13.

Small Update!
So I stopped by the shop a few days ago to check out a few things. It was getting kind of late so I didn't get any cool pictures and what not, but I promise to have more for you guys sometime this week! Also, you can anticipate a video entailing the build and what you can expect from me for this year, so stay tuned.
In the meantime:
Gilbert, from Amerikajin Custom Fabrication, is frantically working on getting the engine out of the car that it was previously in.
Gil and my media guy Eddie Luchembe, then took a small break to do some filming for the first webisode!
This one doesn't need a caption
Phew! It's finally out! The beast is ALIVE!
And finally...left the shop to a beautiful sunset. You can see a silhouette of my daily driver Nismo 350z on the left <3

Headers were slightly damaged, so I won't be running those. I'll be running something else, not sure what at the moment.
