Engine room harness plugs - wire tuck and ID needed
So new engine is in with turbo kit on it, new clutch, flywheel and trans all on !

Started doing wire tuck on drivers side (JDM passenger side)

Ended up drilling out the existing hole and also the one inside the compartment. Drilled new hole for ground and used self tapping screw with crush washer
passenger side (JDM drivers side)
Did exact same for this side, used edging to make sure wires didnt get cut through. Also removed the big thick hose and used sprial wrap and put tape over it to make it thinner to fit through

So now engine is in ill be wanting to do harness tuck but need to make sure all connections are on before i pull apart harness.
Sooo any ideas on these.

Edit: Figured some out myself
1. This one still confuses me, there are two grounds on this cable. One is black wires so that can be ground anywhere to chassis, but then they have another lug coming off the red wires just after the fuses ??? Does this go on positive on battery ? They are fog light harness (JDM ones)
2. This plugs into headlight
3.The headlight plug now goes to this
4. Plugs into sensor under the AC unit, pretty much directly under where the #4 is written[/COLOR]
5. The headlight plugs into this
6. This now plugs into headlight
7.I screwed this ground onto the timing chain case cover...
8. What about this ground - not sure yet
9. o2 sensor
10. o2 sensor
11.Throttle body
12. which tube plugs into this and then where does the other end go?
* I would also like to know where all the hoses on the plenum go if anyone has any links
I have the service manual but cant find any relevant pages on the above..
2,3,5,6 are for JDM fog lights, they link into the system. If no JDM lights you wont have these
Thanks !

Thanks for quick reply!'
yep your right, there is a another sensor right underneath that unit, pretty much where the #4 is written.
Also any links to firing order of coil packs ?
Edit
Driver's side F to R: 2-4-6
Passenger side F to R: 1-3-5
And do you have any pics of where all the rubber hoses go to and from plenum ?
Thanks guys!!

#2,3, 4,6 are for fog lights, one end connects to headlights and then the other end becomes the new headlight plug

11 is throttle body i figured out
I still need help with

12. which tube plugs into this pipe sat directly under the throttle body - coming off heater pipe? and then where does the other end go?

#8 grounds on the top of the timing chain cover.
I can't tell what #12 is based on the picture too blurry, but the heater hose on that side goes from the firewall to the hard pipe attached to the head. There is another similar sized hose that attaches from the back of the valve cover to the nipple on the intake pipe. Take a better picture and I can identify it exactly.
3/8 Hose on the side of the plenum goes to the brake vacuum booster. 3/8 Hose on the front of the plenum attaches to the valve cover crank case vent. The small nipple on the front of the plenum is capped. The small nipple on the back by where the throttle body attaches is connected to the evap sensor.
