how to fail oil consumption test?

Im sure its highly unlikely Nissan would do it but has anyone got an 07 and up motor in their 06 and older car due to oil consumption? My 05 HR may have this issue and is under warranty approaching the 16k mile mark where I see its common to start consuming oil.
I think that higher speed/RPM engine braking will help you. I saw the most consumption with my new engine during Zdayz and some Dragon passes..
