Default How can I get higher HP on a small budget?

When i purchased my 03 350z the previous owner had already put on an intake (no markings on the part or receipts for it. so I'm not sure as to what brand or model) and a stillen cat-back exhaust (once again no paper work so I'm not 100% but it is Stillen).

I love cars and working on them but my knowledge isn't that great. I'm the only car guy in my family and of my friends. Any help will be greatly appreciated

What else can I do to gain higher performance on a small budget? And I'd like to keep it all motor. I can't afford any big projects. And this is my daily driver

In the 350z or VQ35DE world:

All Motor + Small Budget = Better off saving your money and not spending it on useless mods that you will regret later on. It costs money to get anywhere worthwhile with this motor.

Do some more research on this forum. The question you have posed has been answered umpteen times since the inception of this forum.

all motor is expensive and won't yield near enough hp for it to be worth it. About the only time it's worth going NA to the max is if it's for a certain racing league. For street the 10's of thousands of dollars for an NA build wo'nt even put you up to the power level of the stock v8's on the road.

Cheapest power adder is nitrous.

Start with a plenum spacer if it does not already have one: http://www.motordyneengineering.com/...4bdd920307b0ef

Best bang for the buck with these motors and will help it breath a bit better...

But also search these forums for more info... tons of info on here.
