Question JWT clutch question

I'm looking into getting a JWT clutch and flywheel due to its popularity and quality, and on the conceptz website you have the option to choose between an 03 or an 04-06. The thing is i have an 03 Z but i recently swapped the transmission to a CD-009 due to synchro grinding. I'm unsure which clutch kit i should get. Can a knowledgeable person shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advance.

You'll use 04-06. The 03 trans has a longer pivot ball than the others.

by the JWT website , they have 3 different flywheel for the 350z ..
you should get the one that will fit your year

each of those 3 flywheel has a different encoder wheel

FYI read this ; http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/wol...GEN-2-ONLY.pdf

by not getting the right one. your engine wont be working properly.
so I suggest you to stick to an 03 flywheel if your 350z is an 03

03 engine... There for you would need a 03 flywheel.

Solid question. I'm planning to swap my 03's CD008 to a CD009 and do the JWT Clutch/Flywheel combo at the same time. Hopefully I can figure out what parts are needed...

03-06 are the same, 07 is when it changes. I ordered mine from IPP.com. Its listed from 03-06 when you order it. I have an 03 with the cd09 trans. http://www.importpartspro.com/jwthdclco03n.html

No. With all due respect you told me i need an 03 flywheel. That'd be all well and good if somebody else hadn't told me it doesn't matter. Also you mentioned nothing about the clutch.

I'm going to contact JWT after work today and ask them personally. I appreciate the help however.

Does the kit include a stainless line and new pivot ball? To my knowledge the pivot ball is the reason they need to know the year. But with a cd009 you'll already have the newer clutch fork and pivot ball. So you'll go 04-06.

I thought the three flywheels were vq35de rwd, vq35de fwd, and vq35hr
