Default New Diff Bushing Install question!!

Hi, I can't find anything on this portion of my install on the forums so I need to clarify something.

What do these 4 smaller pieces replace?
And for the subframe diff bushing, i reuse the inner sleeve with my new Polyurethane one right?

Anyone have a link to a DIY install of polyurethane bushings?

The picture I attached, those 4 smaller bushings on the right side is what I'm asking about.

Thanks!

Don't use Energy Suspension's kit or anything like it. Inferior design and reusing the stock sleeve is just janky. Get the Whiteline kit if you don't want a lot of added noise or get the SPL solid bushings for racecar feel and sound (lots of whine).

Yah, I'm going to end up upgrading to whiteline soon. I just don't have the money ATM to get the best things.

You know there are two bushings in the on the diff ears that may be the same size as those four smaller bushings you have.
