Default Clutch grinds when pushed in during cold start up! Help!!

Recently my car started grind during cold start ups until the car was fully warmed up then there would be no grind at all. I looked it up and found out it was the throw out bearing from what I assumed so I ordered a new oem clutch kit with everything minus the flywheel and had it changed today but the noise is still there? I started up my car and it was still grinding whenever I push the clutch in up until it warms up for either 20 mins or I drive for a few mins. Has anyone one else experienced this? I'm really pissed off I spent money and still have the same problem. Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Haven't found anything out yet... It's at the shop now but they are telling me to replace the sleeve, fork and to buy another throw out bearing. It's just annoying that I have to pay them again to drop the tranny again. Hopefully this works.

OP, did you ever find a solution to this problem?
I have that exact problem. I changed out the clutch disc, PP, and TO bearing, and it's still there. Thanks
