05 DE vs 05 track DE

Just wondering. What modifications were done to the 35th anniversary that rates it at 300hp vs 287? Nismo exhaust? ECU settings?

RevUp engine. Intake and exhaust variable valve timing. Increased redline. ECU changes. Strengthened bottom end. Bunches of little things that added up to 13 HP.
