Default Wiring problem? VDC

hi, about a year ago i've done this little DIY to switch on and off VDC completely. It worked fine until few days ago. https://my350z.com/forum/engine-driv...bling-vdc.html

VDC is always off now even though i toggle the switch to ON.. so on my dashboard, it's showing VDC off and SLIP light all the time.
I was able to switch to ON and there would be no VDC or SLIP light on the dashboard.

All the wires seemed to be tightly connected to one another. I used to have male/female connectors but changed to butt-connectors to see if this will solve the problem. Problem is still there.

Here's a pic of the wiring.

please help me figure this out
