I had install a new flywheel and clutch from JWT in the car-service, but after the first 200 miles I noticed a problem. In the car-service discovered That screws of pressure plate in flywheel have failed (did not hold properly). The screws go out along with cases (springs). Has anyone had a similar problem? Any advice what to do?

 

The replaceable friction plate on the flywheel came unscrewed? Sounds like they weren't torqued down enough perhaps? Did you check the torque specs prior to installation, not sure what they're supposed to be honestly myself off-hand. Is this what you mean?
