Default 350z camshaft position sensor

I just finished a motor swap on my Z and it is not running right. It started up but once it did it made rapid back fire and a rough idle and set of service engine light. I read the code which said it was the crank sensor, so I replaced it with a brand new one. Started it again and it still had rapid backfire but seemed to help the rough idle until the next when it came right back (also did not turn off check engine light). So read the DTC codes again and this time it read "random misfire" & "intake camshaft position timing over- advanced" which may have been dirty sensor so I replaced them with the old engines sensors and cleaned the magnetic plate for better contact. Now it turns over but died 20 seconds later and repeats after every start up. I could use any help, thanks.

It might we don't think we hooked up the flywheel the correct way. It went on flush so we figured it was good but come to find out there's a certain way to put it on. I was just hoping to find a different alternative
