The "trade-in-for-a-prius" modification is guaranteed to keep noise levels down.

If the noise of an intake bothers you, this is the wrong platform to mod.

Intake - Varies, I like Injen
Exhaust - TDX2 doesn't drone but might be too loud for your taste. Nismo s-tune?
Wheels - RPF1's are nice and light, for 18x9.5 (18lbs) 18x10.5 (19lbs)

I'll offer some input.

Is the 05 a track edition?

I would get a Nismo Exhaust, 06 airbox, and a IM spacer.

Grab a Z1 tranny mount, Engine damper, and do the 4.08 gear swap.

You will notice a difference.
