I want to ditch the boring open base differential in my z. I know the manual G37 differentials have a higher gear ratio and drop right into the 350z. Are the G37 diffs good for autocross and...... drifting? Just curious

 

Make sure you get the one with the 4-hole pinion flange. Make sure its from a MT. and make sure it is limited slip.

Lol yeah thats the same one on my watch list as well. I have a 3.9 FD in my Z but was going to get one to have as a backup.

Lol just messin with ya. But yes thats a good upgrade. Will increase acceleration a little while not decreasing top speed as much as a 3.9 or 4.08 would.
