03 transmission destiny?

Looking at another 03 350z. After my last experiance with a bad 3rd gear I am cautious. The car is a clean one owner with only 60000 miles. Is it destiny that this one will go south too if I buy it?

my 03 tranny has the 3rd gear syncro issue. dealer put in a new 03 (bastards) and no issue since, going on 9 yrs and lots of whp later
