Default Dilemma transmission purchase.

I need help if you can put in your honest opinion and help me out i would appreciate.

I can either purchase cd009 transmission with unverified miles (possibly 60000)
for 700

or
a cd008 transmission with supposedly only 8000 miles yes three zeros only 8000 miles for 600.

My concern is longevity.

Sounds like neither tranny has verified miles and no way to check on condition. Get the CD009 and use fresh Redline MT85 in it.

I don't know about that, but one of the vendors here sells the 009. Might be CZP, so I'd check into that. Likely cheaper than from Nissan. I'm guessing there may be other concerns, too, as the slave cylinder arrangement is very different on the 009, as compared to what's on your '05 car. Do your homework first to avoid extra expenses and last minute surprises when you're installing the new parts.
