Post Oil Filter Sandwich Plates

All: Hopefully this question has not already been asked regarding sandwich plates.

My question is this: Can a total of 2 additional sandwich plates in addition to the stock oil cooler be supported? I ask this because I plan to run the Mishimoto thermostatic sandwich plate (Model: MMOP-SPT) and the Mishimoto sensor/turbo oil supply plate (Model: MMOP-TPS) together. The first plate is not drilled in the right spots for either the oil pressure or oil temp sensor. The large banjo fittings block access to the pre-drilled and tapped/plugged hole for addon sensors (the only one) between the large oil supply and return holes the banjo fittings attach to.

Does anyone run this way? Seems iffy to me. Your thoughts are appreciated.

drill and tap into 1 sandwich plate.

the bit and tap will be WAY cheaper and it will custom locate the ports where you want them
