Default vq35hr belt auto tensioner

Hi all,
I have some belt squeak going on and upon inspection, the belt is in good. shape. I've done the spray bottle test and it just makes the belt squeak louder for a moment which makes me believe that it's a problem with the auto belt tensioner and not the pulleys.

Has anyone gone through an install of one of these? There's a quick write up in the workshop manual that says

Removal and Installation of Drive Belt Auto-Tensioner NBS006TH
REMOVAL
1. Remove drive belt. Refer to EM-12, "Removal and Installation" .
Keep auto-tensioner pulley arm locked after drive belt is removed.
2. Remove auto-tensioner and idler pulley.
Keep auto-tensioner pulley arm locked to install or remove auto-tensioner.

Just wondering if anyone has come across a picture DIY.

On TOP of the tensioner there are 3 *REFERENCE* lines and a *NOTCH* opposite those lines. The NOTCH should be on the center line if the tension is correct. If it's on the left line I THINK it's UNDER tensioned and if on the right line it's OVER tensioned..but CHECK the MANUAL to be sure. This could be either the belt or the tensioner if you're out of spec here. If your on the center line you shouldn't have to replace the tensioner (or belt unless worn or frayed) at all.

Here is a pick and you can see the lines and notch. In this pic, it's UNDERTENSIONED for belt removal and you can see the notch is lined up with the LEFT line.
