Default Delayed power at Launch

Hi I am having a problem with power in my launch.

When I rev up 3-4k rpms in first then let off the clutch to launch it is slow. it immediately drops the rpms and takes a second or 2 to get up to speed when I am trying to pretty much floor it.
Sometimes I have this power loss at a regular everyday start going from a stop sign as well. I feel as if it should have more power at launch.
Maybe it could be my exhaust.??

I just had my knock sensor fixed which fixed other power issues I was having.
I have a fellow that has a 350 who does not have the launch Issue. I tried the same Launch in their car as mine.

Any tips or input to help me in the right direction is much appreciated.

Thank You

What trim is your Z?

NVM found out its a touring. I think you need to read your manual, especially the part about VDC.
