It fine to use, go for it.

If you aren't tracking don't worry about the expensive stuff.

^^^ Word.

My shop - who also does a LOT of performance work - uses genuine Nissan GL-5 diff fluid. All good so long as it conforms to GL-5 standard in proper weight.

I used it in my 05, no problems. Sure I didn't do scientific tests, but....

For daily use under normal driving conditions (autobahn is a different story) super tech works great. I also ran the Supertech full synthetic engine oil in it, that car never burned a drop.

I've heard both positive and negative things about supertech. My Z isn't tracked, but I always like to use the highest and best quality lubicants for my Z. I would check out Redline MT-90 for the diff if you care about high quality oils like I do. I'm using Redline MT-85 on my tranny once I get my CD009 soon. Will most likely be more expensive, but it's a great oil.
