Default Gasket on Drain and Filler Plug

For the people who have changed their manual tranny fluid and/or their diff fluid, did you guys also change the gaskets that are on the Drain and Filler plugs? If so where did you get them? I would assume at the parts counter at your local Nissan dealer. Also is it even necessary to change the gaskets?

Nissan recommends it. When I change out my plenum, I usually keep that gasket, but that's only an air seal. When you're talking about tranny fluid, I always prefer to be safe. It's not expensive at all, and my dealer even had one in stock. Plus it'd be a real pain if it started to leak on you.
