Default valve tickle noise when cold starting

hey guys .. i have a 2003 350z base model manual .. the car is stock with only a block plenum spacer and 75k miles on it.

the issue is when the car is cold starting is sounds like the valves are tickling very hard like there is no oil in the engine but this sound goes away just after one second approx from starting i guess when the oil pump does the job and pump the oil to the valve trains ..

any idea whats causing it and what i should change.. oil is just been change and im using castrol 5w30 oil ..

thanks

Do you actually live in Bahrain? What is cold to you?

Possibly lifter tick maybe? Idk Im guessing at this point. Kind of vague description.

you got to remember when its cold and the oil is thicker so it takes a little longer to get into every crack and crevice. i know a few people on here run 0 weight during the winter then switch back to 5-30 if valve tick is that concerning try switching over to 0 weight.

I am about due for an oil change and probably going to switch to mobil 1. Valvoline max life full synthetic gives me HORRID ticking.
