2003 350z no power to ECU
Installed an agency power y-back exhaust today. Started up, sounded great, I pull out of my shop and it dies after 30 seconds running. Cranks but no start. I checked fuses on two fuse blocks but forgot about the one behind the battery. It was late and my shop was closing up. Anyways, I tried to check for codes and found everything was communicating except the ECU so I check for power at a few pins and sure enough no power. I'm hoping it's something in the fuse block behind the battery. I'm going in early tomorrow morning before I start work to check there but if anyone knows any common issues it would be nice to start somewhere specific. I highly doubt it has anything to do with my exhaust install and is just purely coincidence but who knows.

Welcome and sorry to hear of your issue. It always helps to list the mileage and any other mods on your Z when you post a maintenance/repair query like this. BTW- the box "behind the battery" is called the IPDM (intelligent power distribution module) for future reference. As to your problem, there could be several items. First, check to see whether the Nissan immobilizer (NATS) is somehow being triggered, by simply looking at the red light on your dash (visible from outside). If it's a solid red as you try to start your engine, it's a NATS issue and you'll need a dealer with a CONSULT III to properly remedy it.
