Default Procharged stock VQ35DE?

I'm looking at a 03 350z touring its stock but procharged. I was wondering what the engine internals are rated for. It has 400hp not sure about torque. Says its a C3 Procharger but I can't find it online. Osiris tune. Headers light weight flywheel dual exhaust.

400 whp on a stock block is definitely pushing its limits. My 03 is procharged running 365whp and 335 ft/tq and I even feel that's border line. Really it'll depend on the mileage and health of your engine
Also the 350z procharger headunit is a C2

The 03 VQ35DE is much more Stout than all of you guys think.

The Biggest reason these Motors Fail is because of Improper Fuel Supply and Bad Tuning, and Idiots that just Beat the Crap out of their car.

The Limit of any motor is always the weakest link.

And if done right can make a ton of Horse Power.

assuming you get a conservative tune, and proper installation, i dont see much of a problem.

procharger doesnt strain the engine like a turbo does. its a very linear power curve.

I just am not a fan of a procharger or a supercharger on a 350z.....its boring.....and its always on fuel economy goes down a lot....

i had a chance to get a procharger for 1500 bucks in hawaii i passed.....i would rather take a turbo setup any day of the week.

the max power i hear people making with a procharger is 350 whp....people had a real hard time extracting 400 whp with the procharger from what i read back when i was looking up procharger threads on this forum. Where the turbo will make 400 whp and more torque in a heartbeat like nothing.

Idk man I never trust after market FI unless its someone I know. Factory FI is cool. But I never trust anyone selling aftermarket FI.

I saw a 03 with a pro charger for sale cheap on CL not too long ago. Nice looking Z.. but it said it doesn't run because the ECU is missing.... Hmmm...

Couple weeks later some kid must have bought it because it went back for sale and resold as a part out.. Everything but the block and charger were taken. My guess is the motor or charger went kaboom. People will say anything to make it sound good. Especially FI cars. Not to mention you never know if that's true or if its 100,000 years old and off of 5 different cars and shot...

Best of luck tho! But Id say buy stock and put your own.

And I have to agree with this. Along with the other variables of how the motor was taken car of and all sorts of other things that prolong the life of a motor.

But I see a lot of people say no more than 420 crank.. But I see guys pushing 400+ WHP on stock. but being a forum im sure most who push that 400 hp cap just re, and repeat from someone else online.

Cause I've personally seen stock motors with above their limit. Some I know lasted a little while. Still might be going but I never kept track. But I have seen some blow N/A... So again too many variables to give one right open answer.
