Default Random acceleration

I haven't driven my 03 350z in a couple weeks but I just replaced my exhaust gaskets and decided to take it for a test drive. It's been throwing a P0300 code but I cleared it recently and it hasn't come back in the past few miles or so. Anyway, my newest issue is that it randomly accelerates, like WOT acceleration, then drives normal for a short period of time and goes right back to randomly accelerating. It's bad enough that I can't drive the car this way.

Other info: aftermarket intake, and an OSIRIS reflash done by Z1. That's it mods wise.

Any help is appreciated.

Anyone experienced this before? I really don't know where to start troubleshooting.

Not sure that I can do that since I just had the reflash done and didn't get the tuner itself. The car was running fine (except for the p0300 code) with the tune before. Its been sitting for a couple weeks but I don't think that would cause this.

Any more ideas? I'm at a loss here. Steady revs when in neutral but random acceleration in gear makes me think it's not the throttle body.

Ok so I went to z1 today and they suggested I try the throttle body reset procedures. I've done it several times, reset the ecu as well, and no change. I'd really like to avoid buying a new tb, but it's starting to look like my only choice.

I should probably mention that after the reset procedure when I turn the car on it stalls immediately but will start and stay running on the second try. Is it possible that this is preventing the reset from working?
