Default Fluid help

I am going to change the transmission and rear end fluid. It's a 2003 350z. Does anyone know what the volume and kind of fluid for both. I think I know what fluid I want but I can't find the volume

From what my chart is saying, its the following:

Transmission [6MT] - 6.1 Pints
Rear Diff - 3 Pints

You can use 75w-90 for both, or if you're pushing a good amount of tq, or drive it hard you can upgrade to a 75w-110 for the rear diff.

I highly suggest downloading a Factory Service Manual for your car. Certain pages in the manual are a life saver and has all the fluid requirements and types listed

Practically speaking, you'll need 3 1/2 quarts of Redline MT85 (GL-4 spec) for the manual transmission. It's a synthetic lubricant with the viscocity specs that match factory recommendations, as well as sufficient friction engineered in to allow the syncros to work well. For the rear diff, you'll need a different lubricant; about two quarts of a 80-140W GL-5 pressure enhanced fluid.
