Anyone here running an ATS twin carbon plate clutch?

I just installed my twin carbon plate clutch, I did get the proper bearing and sleeve. After putting everything together I noticed some play at the slave cylinder. Usually the fork presses real hard against the slave, right now I have about half an inch if not more play. Any idea if this is normal or no?
