Default Help with diagnostic

I need some help here.. long story short I replaced my water pump. I slipped a tooth on the timing chain. Took everything off, set it right ( I believe) put it all back together car starts and has a hella bad idle and dies. Only code is p0113 witch is the maf.. one of the wires is broken.. could this be the cause of my bad idle and basically dying?

Could be, but screwing up timing usually ends in disaster. The only way to find out is to fix the sensor and see what happens.

Oh, and use only OEM. Other sensors cause problems.

Use a butt-type crimp connector on the MAF wire, then use heat shrink wrap to make it waterproof.
