07 350Z Knocking at 2000 RPM
So I recently did a Sea Foam treatment on MY 07 HR with 110,000 Kilometres. I did an oil change around 200 KM After. Yesterday when I was coasting in second, at around 2500 RPM I started hearing a weird knocking sound. As soon as I would let off the gas or apply the gas it would go away. it seemed like it was only if I held the gas at a certain RPM for a few seconds it would come on. There is NO knocking at idle. Oil and ALL fluids are completely new and never let oil get too low. I pulled the vehicle over and put it in neutral to see if it was just something while it was in motion or in gear, turns out it DOES it while parked aswell. The Oil pressure is definitely low (manual reading) and I took it to the dealership and they said its nothing to be worried about as there is no knocking and the oil is not leaking. I am aware the HR's have an oil galley gasket issue. Could this be what is causing this weird knocking sound? I find it super strange that it only knocks if the gas is held down and I hold the RPM at a certain range. aside from that, there is no knocking. Attached is the video, you can hear if I apply the gas the slightest it completely disappears. I wont be driving it until i get to a shop to diagnose it.
If anyone has any ideas of what it could be it would be greatly appreciated!

well I did the gallery gasket and it fixed low oil pressure and it seemed to fixed it. They said it could be timing chain making noise or something along those lines or not having enough tension.
it almost sounded like an extremely loud clutch chatter.
