Post Help with differential bushings

hello Z/G community, my first post,
my g35 differential bushings are getting worn and are clunky delivering power in 1st gear. I decided to do research and bought the solid metal bushings from Z1. I got an insta DM from a Z owner that said the metal bushings do not allow flex to occur while delivering power like the rubber/poly ones, which causes the subframe to start to crack over time. Is this true and how long does this usually take?

Never heard of that happening, I have seen sheered studs because of them, but not that many.
