Default Rear end

Is there a difference in the whole rear end, suspension, diff, and cradle in a manual to an automatic transmission?
I recently crashed my 2008 z and the wheels are crooked so I want to replace the whole rear end will it matter what I get?

Welcome, but your first post is a little lacking in details on how this crash managed to "make the wheels crooked". This means your question makes little sense unless and until you do a full assessment of your crash damage. Depending on the actual circumstances, start by hiring a frame shop to determine if the chassis itself is straight. Then they can determine exactly what suspension components need to be replaced or repaired.
