About the cylinder head
Hello,
does the cylinder head of a 280hp VQ35DE fits to the 301hp one? I researched a little bit and they should be basically the same, the only difference is the cam sensor. Are there any other differences you know?

Backside of the head has an extra cam sensor , it’s marked but not machined out.
