Default 05 touring coupe automatic transmission issues

2005 350z touring coupe 200,000 miles
Nvidia exaust, burke test pipes, plenum spacer

Car was wrecked and abandoned for 2yrs. I tracked down the owner and he literally mailed me the keys and signed the title over to me. He said the car runs great, no issues other than bent rear subframe and suspension components. So i replaced the rear subframe, all bushings, diff bushings, ALL suspension pieces, drained and replaced the gas and ALL fluids. The car started right up and ran unbelievably well. The ONLY issue is that if I floor it , like REALLY floor it...pedal to the metal... it revs up to redline like its in neutral. So I kinda have have to slowly get into it , but it shifts pretty smoothly through all gears. If Im cruisin , say at 50mph... then hit the gas, it'll kinda rev and then take off and pull strong. If I just drive normal...with traffic, it shows no signs of transmission issues. I dropped the pan and found no metal. I replaced the fluid with the Nissan mattic J and the filter/screen. It took me 3 days to get the level perfect lol... I see no real difference. I spoke to the previous owner and was telling him I think I have to put a new transmission on it and he said I was crazy...said he never had ANY issues with the transmission. He said he changed the fluid just before he wrecked it. I'm inclined to beleive him... he didnt sell me the car, he just gave it to me and he has no reason to lie. So now to my question...
1) Is there anything that could be going on from the rear end damage to cause this ?
2) Any sensor that could cause a severe slip like this ?
3) Does this just sound like a transmission in need of a rebuild?
ANY info will be greatly appreciated.

1) Have you checked the rear diff for possible damage?
2) From your description, no.
3) Uncertain about rebuild- any TCM codes in memory?

I swapped diff onto the new subframe, drained and changed the fluid. That's as far as my inspection went. I know when the car was wrecked, the car slid sideways into a pole. The rear wheel hit the pole flush. It pushed the cv axle into the diff HARD. Hard enough to bend the cover/plate on the end of the cv axle. It was bubbled out where it butts up to the diff. I guess there could've been damage to the diff. How would I check that ?

Im currently using the torque app to pull codes and It doesnt read the transmission codes. So you know of any apps that would ?

Take it to a tranny or Z specialist and have them check the diff. I don't use an app to read codes. You might try to take it to a parts store and request a scan of the ECM/TCM.

This Z was wrecked and abandoned- after 200K- get ready to repair lots of things before it runs reliably. You'll need some pro help rather than trying to get guesses from all of us.
