Default Throwout Bearing noise

My throwout bearing is making a little noise. I assume it will get worse with time. Should I be concerned about that failing and look to replace it or will I only have to deal with a noisy bearing which I can live with

It's always helpful to post total mileage on your Z, as well as how many miles are on your clutch/flywheel/throwout bearing when asking a question like this. I suspect you'll need to replace this noisy bearing sooner than later.

Should have included it earlier but my Z is at a ripe 140K. Just wondering if I should be worried about the bearing failing or if ill just have to put up with some noise

Put up with the noise. Very unlikely it will ever completely fail. I've had so many cars with that same issue. My 350z does it right now and the bearing was brand new.
It's about a 4hr job to change the clutch if you know what you are doing( a friend is very helpful to get it back up) I wouldn't worry about it
