Default Can a 350 and 370 share a tune?

good evening folks,

just wondering if anyone had any information on if a 350 and a 370 are able to share a tune, or even the tuning cable? a buddy and i want to budget and split the cost of a tune (most tuners allow 2 vehicles a tune) just wanted to see if anyone had information on this

Yeah, no, but if your tuner allows two cars, ask them if that means two different sets of tune parameters. They are both (as are all cars these days) tuned via OBD and, most likely, Uprev ( however differing between 33 and 34, as well as the whole Nissan lineup).

You can share the same cable if you're using Uprev, but you would need 2 licenses (1 per ECU) and obviously would have to pay for 2 separate tunes. But sharing the cable would save you a little money

Thank you all for the advice and help! As long as the tuning cable can be shared I think we’ll be alright.

The cable is probably the least expensive of all the components of a this endeavor.

I'm all about saving money and doing things on a budget (as big of a budget as needed) but dont scrimp on tuning ... this is penny-wise / pound-foolish
